GENERAL TOS:
♡ ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND I RETAIN ALL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK.
♡ You CANNOT redistribute the artwork you have commissioned in any way-this is a personal custom commission and it is NOT for commericial use. (If you would like to commission artwork for commercial use, there is an extra fee and credit must be given to me).
♡ No refunds, returns, or exchanges. You may request changes be made to your commission in the SKETCH phase (I will send you a WIP). Beyond this, I will NOT make any large changes to the artwork. LIMIT TO 3 REVISIONS BEFORE EXTRA CHARGES ARE ADDED.
♡ Additional characters can be added and will cost the initial commission price with a 10% discount.
♡ This is NOT a physical product, and no shipment will be sent. Upon completion of your commission you will be emailed copies of the artwork.
♡ Please keep in mind that I generally do not draw furries, anthros, mecha, or male characters (I will take male character comms based on my comfort level!) I also generally do not do NSFW art. I have the right to decline a commission if I don’t feel comfortable drawing it.
I CAN:
♡ Post any artwork I have done for you (commissions, art trades, etc) wherever I choose. I own my work and reserve the right to do with it what I choose.♡ Decline a commission if I do not feel comfortable with it for some reason, including if you do not have good references for me to follow when drawing your character.♡ Ask for an extension on any commissions. Unless you give me a specific deadline, it can take me time to do your commission due to the fact that I don’t have all day everyday to do art. I have a full time job alongside art and streaming and struggle with ADHD so it’s hard for me to focus for long periods of time!
YOU CAN:
♡ Post any artwork I make for you on another site AS LONG AS PROPER CREDIT IS GIVEN (always tag me @ bukimeravt on Twitter)♡ Give me a deadline for a commission if needed! (I recommend you do this so that I will work a little faster).♡ Ask for a WIP of your commission (I usually send these when the sketch is finished, when the lineart is finished, and once during the coloring process but feel free to ask for more!)♡ Ask me to make small changes to your commission. Just please ask early because it’s harder to make changes after I have already started lineart and coloring!
YOU CANNOT:
✘ Repost/Redistrubute or Trace my artwork. Unless it was made specifically for you and you have my permission, do not repost it. DO NOT TRACE a commission that I have done for you. You have rights to post (with credit), but you DO NOT have permission to trace or recolor my artwork, commission or not, and use it as your own. Tracing will result in you being blocked from my social media and blacklisted from commissions, I do not tolerate it.✘ Edit/Manipulate your commission in any way. I put my heart and time into my commissions and they are created for you to enjoy the artwork. If any edits need to be made, please ask me to make changes. Harsh edits to a commission to make it into another character are viewed as similar to tracing in my book and can result in being blacklisted from my commissions.
Edits include but are not limited to: Resizing, re-coloring, adding text, removing my signature from the artwork, etc.✘ Use your commission for any sort of AI artwork. If I find that you as a commissioner used the artwork with an AI you will be blacklisted from commissions.✘ Ask me for a refund past the sketch phase of your commission. If I have already started the lineart or coloring phase I have already done too much work for a refund.These can possibly change or be updated at any time.
